Dear tennis members,

Please join us on the afternoon of Sunday 2nd July at 2pm for a picnic, mini Sports Day, and a farewell to Angus.

Yes, you may have heard the sad news that Angus is leaving us for a Canadian adventure. The second biggest land mass on the planet, Angus has been entertaining us at Brondesbury for 24 years. As a doubles player his skills are legendary, and if you check the LTA website you’ll see that his forehand is classified as a dangerous weapon. Those of us lucky enough to have witnessed his development into captaincy and coaching have seen a unique talent, matched with kindness and humour, whether he is instructing beginners, juniors or senior players.
      
So, having reached our club ceiling, he’s off seal clubbing. And hopefully the experience of a lifetime. Please join us as we wave goodbye to a much-valued member of the Brondesbury family.
